Pakistan will remain a responsible nuclear state, Qureshi says

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has said that Pakistan is a harmony cherishing nation and its lead as an atomic state will keep on being characterized by limitation and obligation.
