PARIS, May 16 (Reuters) – France on Saturday denounced the condemning of French-Iranian scholastic Fariba Adelkhah in Iran and requested her quick discharge.

“This condemning did not depend on any genuine component or actuality and is in this manner a political choice,” the French Foreign Ministry said in an announcement. “We are asking Iranian specialists to promptly discharge Mrs Adelkhah.”

Iran has condemned Adelkhah to six years in jail on national security charges, her legal advisor said before on Saturday.
