WASHINGTON, April 21 (Reuters) – U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell invited a bipartisan concurrence on extra coronavirus help on Tuesday and said he trusted the Senate would rapidly pass it.

McConnell, a Republican, said the arrangement had over $320 billion for an independent venture credit program, $60 billion for another crisis private company advance program, $75 billion for emergency clinics and $25 billion for coronavirus testing.

“I invite this bipartisan understanding and expectation the Senate will rapidly pass it once individuals have surveyed the last content,” he said.
